The Difference Between MD-880SH Single Head and MD-880DH Double Head LCD Repair Bonding Machine

Many friends have such doubts about the difference between single head and double head bonding machine, and asked we which machine they should choose.

Now I have a picture two the difference between them.

The COF have two sides need bonding: Glass side and PCB side, while the glass side is 1.2 mm width and PCB side is 2.0 mm width usually.

For the MD-880SH single head machine the head can bond both glass and PCB side; For MD-880DH double head machine the left head bond glass side while the right head bond PCB side.

Q1: What’s the advantage of double head machine?

A1: While two head width matches the bonding width, it’s more precision than single head machine.

Q2: Can I operate double machine with two workers or with two LCD at the same time?

A2: No, the machine only has one touch screen, can only control one head at one time.

Q3: Single head and double head machine, which one I should buy?
